KNOWLEDGE BASE

Give the writing tools a useful brief

Set audience, tone and content rules that make drafts easier to review.

Step by step

  1. In advanced mode, open the article instructions for the active project. Explain the audience, services, perspective and purpose of the content in clear language.

  2. Be specific about useful examples, structure, tone and what to avoid. Ask for accurate, attributed writing; do not instruct the system to invent testimonials, statistics or expertise.

  3. Keep the project's generation-language setting aligned with the brief. Select English or Spanish explicitly rather than relying only on a sentence in the prompt.

  4. Test a small draft, review the result and refine one requirement at a time. Changed instructions affect future generation, not existing drafts automatically.
