1. Data controller

The data controller is Sole Proprietor Varduhi Sahakyan (TIN/ՀՎՀՀ 40552876), address: 25 Mikroshrjan bldg., apt. 7, Hrazdan, Kotayk Province, 2302, Republic of Armenia. Processing complies with the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Protection of Personal Data”.

2. Data we collect

2.1. Data you provide

• email and password (stored encrypted) at registration;
• account, brandbook and generation settings;
• connected channels and sources (integration credentials are stored encrypted);
• materials you upload or specify as sources;
• support requests and support-chat messages.

2.2. Data collected automatically

• IP address, browser and device type, interface language — for security and proper operation;
• cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookie Policy);
• dashboard activity logs and technical error logs;
• anonymised feature-usage statistics.

2.3. Payment data

Payments are processed by NOWPayments. Private keys and seed phrases are never sent to or stored on our servers. We receive payment metadata including status, amount, asset, network, order and transaction identifiers, and public addresses.

3. Purposes of processing

• providing access to the account and functionality;
• performing the agreement: generation, publishing, billing;
• fraud and unauthorized-access prevention;
• user support;
• service improvement based on anonymised statistics;
• compliance with legal requirements.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies (authentication, CSRF protection, language) and — with your consent — analytics cookies. Manage consent via the cookie banner and browser settings. Details in the Cookie Policy.

5. Sharing with third parties

• AI providers (e.g. OpenAI) — fragments of materials needed to run the generation you requested;
• channels you connected (WordPress, Telegram) — the materials you publish;
• NOWPayments — to the extent needed to process a crypto payment;
• hosting and infrastructure providers;
• public authorities — only upon a lawful request.

We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active and is deleted or anonymised within 30 days after account deletion, except data with statutory retention periods (payment records — per Armenian tax law). Technical logs — up to 12 months.

7. Data protection

• encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS);
• passwords stored as irreversible hashes only;
• encrypted integration credentials;
• access control and admin action logging;
• backups; secrets kept separate from code.

8. Your rights

• know what data is processed;
• correct inaccurate data;
• delete the account and data;
• withdraw consent;
• complain to the Armenian personal data protection authority.
