Terms of Service
This agreement governs the relationship between the user and the Content Factory platform: registration, content generation, connecting channels and using auto-publishing tools.

1.1. The Content Factory platform, available at contentsfactory.tech, is owned and operated by Sole Proprietor Varduhi Sahakyan (TIN/ՀՎՀՀ 40552876, the “Company”).
1.2. By using the Platform, the user confirms being of legal age and legally capable, and accepts these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Processing Policy.
1.3. The law of the Republic of Armenia applies.
2. Registration and account
2.1. Access requires registration with a valid email address and a password. The user must provide accurate data and keep it up to date.
2.2. The user is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all actions under the account. If unauthorized access is suspected, change the password and notify support at info@contentsfactory.tech.
2.3. Transferring the account to third parties without the Company’s consent is prohibited.
3. User rights and obligations
3.1. The user may:
- use the Platform within the paid plan;
- connect their own sources and publishing channels;
- use the created materials in their own activities;
- contact support on service matters.
3.2. The user undertakes:
- not to violate applicable law when using the Platform;
- not to upload or generate materials that infringe third-party rights, contain illegal content, malware, spam or disinformation prohibited by law;
- not to bypass technical restrictions, hack the Platform or scrape its data without the Company’s permission;
- to review AI-generated materials before publishing;
- to pay for the selected services on time.
4. Company rights and obligations
4.1. The Company undertakes to:
- provide access to the paid functionality;
- take reasonable measures to keep the Platform stable;
- process personal data under the published policies;
- provide support during business hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00–19:00 (GMT+4, Yerevan).
4.2. The Company may:
- update and change the Platform’s functionality;
- carry out maintenance;
- restrict access in case of breach of these Terms, payment arrears or at the lawful request of authorities;
- amend these Terms by publishing a new version on the site.
5. Intellectual property
5.1. Exclusive rights to the Platform, its code, design, trademarks and databases belong to the Company. The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose for the duration of the paid access.
5.2. Rights to materials created by the Platform on the user’s instructions pass to the user to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law once the services are paid. The user is responsible for third-party rights in the source materials they provide.
5.3. The user grants the Company a technical right to process uploaded materials solely to provide the services.
6. Prohibited use
It is prohibited to use the Platform for:
- creating and distributing content that violates the law;
- infringing copyright and related rights of third parties;
- sending spam and malicious materials;
- actions that disrupt the Platform or target other users’ data.
For material violations the Company may block the account without a refund for the current period.
7. Liability
7.1. The Platform is provided “as is”. The Company does not guarantee specific marketing results or uninterrupted operation of external services (OpenAI, WordPress, Telegram, etc.).
7.2. The Company’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the last billing month; lost profit and indirect losses are not compensated.
7.3. The user bears full responsibility for the materials they publish, including AI-generated ones.
8. Termination
8.1. The user may stop using the Platform at any time; refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
8.2. The Company may terminate service for a material breach, when required by law, or upon service shutdown with 30 days’ notice and a refund for the unused paid period.
8.3. Account deletion — upon request to info@contentsfactory.tech.
9. Disputes
Claims are sent to info@contentsfactory.tech and reviewed within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes go to the competent court of the Republic of Armenia; governing law — the law of the Republic of Armenia.
