Keep each brand in its own project

Separate sources, channels and writing instructions before creating content.

Step by step

  1. Use the project selector at the top of the workspace to create or switch projects. Give each one a recognizable name, such as a business, brand or editorial direction.

  2. Check the active project before adding sources, connecting channels or editing prompts. These settings belong to the selected project, not to every project in the account.

  3. Describe the audience, services, tone and generation language. Keep unrelated brands apart so their instructions and publication destinations do not get mixed.

  4. Before publishing, check the project and channel again. Renaming or switching a project does not move existing content into another project.
