Payment Terms

1. What you can pay for

• a plan for the period shown on the pricing page;
• additional tokens for content generation and analysis.

2. How payment works

1. Select a plan or token amount in your account.
2. The platform creates a USD invoice and redirects you to NOWPayments.
3. Select an available asset and network, then send the exact invoice amount.
4. After the required blockchain confirmations, NOWPayments sends the final status and the purchase activates automatically.

3. Rate and fees

The service price is stated in USD. NOWPayments calculates the crypto amount using the rate shown on the invoice. Network and wallet fees may apply. Check the asset, network, address and final amount before sending.

4. Confirmation and partial payments

Returning to the site does not prove payment. Access is granted only after NOWPayments reports a finished payment. A partial payment does not activate access until the full amount is received.

5. Invoice expiry

Use the invoice within the period shown by NOWPayments. Never send funds to an expired invoice address; create a new invoice. Plans do not renew automatically.

6. If access did not activate

Wait for network confirmations and check the order status. If NOWPayments shows the payment as finished but access is missing, email info@contentsfactory.tech with the order number, asset, network and transaction hash. Never send a seed phrase or private key.

7. Refunds

See the Refund Policy. Crypto refunds are processed after review; network fees and exchange-rate changes may affect the final amount.
